The ordering process is very simple and can be done via phone or email.
For email orders, please make sure to follow these 3 easy steps:

1.Create a list of all the items you wish to order or get pricing on, including the SIZE and COLOUR of branches.

2.Ensure you have noted the quantity of branches you would like to order. Please note that our manzanita from 18" to 36" come as a set of 3 individual branches that make up a complete centerpiece. As a natural product, they will vary in shape and fullness from branch to branch.

3.Please include your full shipping address, postal code and preferred method of payment.
Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a detailed invoice verifying your order and outlining all charges. This will give you the opportunity to review your statement prior to making any payments. Once you have approved the invoice, you can process your payment using your preferred method. Your order will be processed shipped out within 2-4 business days, upon receiving payment.
Shipping Information
Shipping prices vary from province to province so please contact us for a shipping estimate. For branches from 18"-36", the maximum number of trees that can fit in a box is noted in our pricing information under the "products" link. Boxes do come from the United States and therefore a duty/brokerage fee will be charged by the courier company and are the sole responsibility of the client. Packages generally arrive within 2-3 weeks, subject to stock on hand and provided there are no unforeseen delays at the Canadian border. For this reason, Manzanita Canada cannot guarantee a delivery date as times are only estimates. For orders of a larger quantity (10+ sets), you may be eligible for a volume discount! Prices are subject to applicable taxes and can change without notice. For smaller quantity orders (up to 3 sets), local pick-up may be available with a shipping surcharge based on our stock at the time. Feel free to inquire for more details. Payment Options
When placing an order, the various payment options are Paypal, Interac Money Transfer, Cash or Check. Please note that all payments must clear prior to shipping your order. Personal checks will not be accepted for our pick-up option.
