Why are your Manzanita sold in 3 branch sets?
In our experience, we have found that arrangements look their fullest and best when 3 branches are used. They do come individually, and not adhered to each other in any way, so although we sell them in the sets, they don’t necessarily have to be used this way. Use your creativity! If you have an alternative display idea in mind, you are more than welcome to experiment!
Can I order an individual branch as a sample?
This is subject to stock on hand, as we cannot break up our sets. Please contact us for a quote and availability.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Ideally, as soon as possible! Once placed and processed, orders generally arrive within 2-3 weeks, subject to stock on hand and provided there are no delays at the border. We will always do our best to accommodate rush orders, but leaving yourself with only 2 weeks is not recommended. Manzanitacanada.ca cannot guarantee shipping times and therefore cannot hold responsibility for delays in orders.
Do I have to order a full box of manzanita branches?
Our pricing is based on orders of full boxes, however if you do not require enough branches to fill a box, we can still accommodate your needs! Send us an email and let us know exactly what you plan to order, as well as your postal code, and we can provide you with a better idea of what your costs will be.
Do you rent Manzanita branches?
Unfortunately we no longer rent the Manzanita Branches. They are only available for purchase in the various sizes.
Do you sell Manzanita branches for pet purposes?
At this time, we only sell manzanita branches for display and decor purposes. For all Canadian pet-related inquiries, please contact Fine Aquatics.
Do you offer a bulk discount?
You may qualify for a 10% discount before shipping and taxes on bulk orders. Minimum quantities are required and vary based on size ordered. Please inquire for details.
Why is shipping so expensive & where can you ship?
We can only ship orders within Canada. It’s unfortunate that the shipping of the manzanita branches can get expensive and often outweigh the price of the branches themselves, but we have no control over these fees. This is especially the case when shipping the 4' & 5' trees. Shipped from California, each of our branches is unique in size and weight and therefore requires large boxes, which in turn become costly to ship. Shippers base their prices on “dimensional weight” which means the pricing is high because of the size of the box and not the actual weight of the product it carries. We will always try and find the most economical way to pack and ship your trees, and will always offer local pick to save where applicable!
Is pickup available to avoid shipping?
We have recently moved outside of Toronto, but pick up can still be an option for those small quantity orders! Unfortunately shipping charges cannot be avoided altogether, however, pickup may be arranged with a shipping surcharge, subject to stock on hand. Are your branches available for wholesale purchases?
Unfortunately we do not offer wholesale pricing at this time, but if you are looking to place a large quantity order (more than 40 sets), please contact us to discuss your needs.
